The Tea Stick Machine was designed for Specialty and Green Teas, where Tea Bag Paper is not required. Instead, the packaging material can be a normal light laminate as the machine punches water circulation holes in the film, with a special perforating mould, during production. Therefore, the Stick can be put in the cup or mug of hot water and stirred around to brew the Tea. The machine delivers 2 to3 Gm. Tea in to each Stick, which is 18 mm X 135 mm in size. The machine has a simple Slide Volumetric Dosing Unit and a Tube Vibration Unit, so that the Tea does not bridge. A Photocell for printed films is also included in the Machine.
