How do you rate against other types of Medifast diet?

I recently received letters from someone trying to decide if the diet is right for them Medifast. She had tried on different diets and was not sure what to fit better. to decide to help her, she asked me to vote against Medifast some other popular diets. You can see how I did it in the following article.

In these diets, you are asked to limit your carbohydrates and sugars, while you take in more protein and fiber. Really, you are prompted to do the same onMedifast.
