Damian's On The River (restaurant review)

The Phantom Gourmet Goffstown Report: Service: Our waitress was wonderful Georgia, attended our every need and made us feel very welcome. The temperature in the restaurant was right and we were able to separate controls (not every restaurant will do.) Selection: (Provisions are available seasonally) We loved everything to overcome Our lunch. The mussel soup was thick, creamy mussels were the right size and not heavy soft. The soup-of-the-day, cream of mushroom was delicious "However, the Crab Cake appetizer was not as wet as we like. The grilled salmon was excellent in a salad ("E 'was cooked exactly as I like"), salad with shrimp scampi was just enough, and very funny especially at home with their dressing Thousand Iceland. The fish and chips were the best ever ("haddock completely destroyed and outstanding French Fries"). Healthy, fresh and very filling. The grilled fish was perfect and very hot, flavored with an excellent standard. TheRice with the fish was hot to cold and firm. My preference is not as solid and glazed carrots were mouth watering. Unsweetened iced tea was very refreshing and our glasses were never empty for more than a few moments. Deserts and coffee are the perfect complement to a meal. Environment / Decor: Urbane and comfortable place away from the chaos of the city near the country. We loved the atmosphere and are excited, it's so close to Goffstown...
