Chinese diet - to lose up to three pounds per week

The following Chinese diet is not only great in taste, but also incredibly unique and great to lose weight. Be sure to follow the diet as I said, do not add or leave out food. You can increase or decrease the amount of food but do not skip any of these meals. This diet is a special type of beer on your body, you lose the most weight, you will feel at ease.
