We speak with Jeff Baccetti, Co-Founder/inventor cover XPress Coffee Fest 2010 in Seattle, WA. Jeff has a passion for invention, research, design ... and drink good coffee. He has developed many other creative activities, technical and recreational items such as RFID applications, the process of money transfer via ATM, on-demand business jet planning software to name a few. Coffee Fest was celebrated long before coffee was coffee "hot". In 1992, they gathered coffeeProfessionals together in Seattle for their first feast of coffee consumption. After several years of hosting events flourishing coffee turned his attention fixed on specialty coffee, gourmet tea and alternative beverage industry, leading retailers, distributors and manufacturers for its first show in detail in 1998.
